Revolver Switch Chip Box Code NVK4 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gave me the power I needed I purchased the Revolver for a Ford 7.3 so that I could haul loads of gravel in a F450 that was weighing 18000-19000 pounds, Without the Edge Revolver I was unable to maintain Highway speeds on slight grades and was slowing traffic, with the Revolver on the #3 setting I can maintain my speeds and still have some power reserve and not impede traffic. The settings above #3 sure make the unloaded truck fly, The truck now runs at a lower rpm while maintaining the same indicated speeds which should improve the fuel economy a little.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely happy I bought this a few weeks ago .. wasn’t sure how much fun it was going to be until I clicked position 6 .. I had a banks tune in the truck prior and it doesn’t even compare to the smile this puts on my face when you hit the go pedal

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I installed this on an e450 14’ straight truck with 7.3 power stroke and automatic transmission. The increase in power was phenomenal!! I currently use Edge Tuners on my 7.3 and 6.0 power strokes.

Instructions say nothing about the settings, no recommendations for towing or economy . no listing of what they are at all. First impression is I bought the wrong chip!

    Asked by: Not impressed
We will look into the instruction and see where we can improve them. Below are the power level differences. Towing would be recommended in something like Level 3. The economy tune could be any level depending on what works best for your driving style. Level 1: Stock Tune Level 2: High Idle Level 3: 50 Horsepower & 100 lb-ft Level 4: 75 Horsepower & 150 lb-ft Level 5: 100 Horsepower & 200 lb-ft Level 6: 140 Horsepower & 250 lb-ft

I already have installed an Edge Evolution CTS2 awile back in my 2000 F-350 7.3L can I install the Revolver Chip and connect the two and have things run properly?

    Asked by: DustDevil21
You can add the revolver chip and put the evolution tuning back to stock. The cts2 you would be able to use for gauges then use the revolver for the tuning but you wouldn't want to stack the tuning together being that they are both adding timing.

I have a 2000 ford f250 7.3 and was thinking about purchasing one of edge revolver 6 position chips and i was wondering does it create rough shifts on a stock transmissions ? How well is the shifting once installed ?

    Asked by: Dylan29
The revolver chip does include trans. tuning that would increase line pressure some to give it a firm shift not real rough shifts but a more firm shift which would be better for the trans.

i have the edge evolution 15001 will this product work with with my tuner to give me shift on the fly capabilities?

    Asked by: hillman
The revolver does give you the option to change the shifting on the fly but you wouldn't want to stack the two programmers on top of each other being that they both would be adding timing and line pressure if its a automatic.
