The EAS Universal Turbo Timer part # 98604 is designed for all diesel engines besides the 2006-2012 Dodge Cummins. The 2006-2012 Dodge Cummins EAS Turbo timer part # is 98612. The 2006-2012 Dodge Cummins uses different connectors for installation. A turbo timer is a device designed to keep an engine running for a pre-specified period of time or a until a specific temperature is reached in order to automatically execute the cool-down period required to prevent premature turbo wear and failure. This also allows the lubricating oil from the engine to circulate properly so the turbine won't burn the lubricating oil that would otherwise be trapped within the charger with the turbine rotating at high speed. The Edge Accessory System (EAS) was created with future expandability in mind. The architecture of the EAS allows users to connect multiple accessories, daisy-chain style, to the CS and CTS platform. The ability to daisy-chain multiple accessories using the EAS allows users to monitor and display dozens of parameters on a single device. *Turbo timers are only available to work with the CS and CTS product lines. In order to use the turbo timer you must have an EAS Starter kit (part # 98602). EAS Starter kits come with all Juice w/ Attitude CS and CTS products and the EAS Starter Kit w/ Expandable EGT (part # 98603). To view/order the EAS Dodge (2006-2012) Turbo Timer 98612 click here!* isn't't designed to work with the Ecodiesel trucks at this time.

EAS UNIVERSAL TURBO TIMER (Excluding Dodge 2006-2012) is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo timer Bought it a couple of weeks ago, works great , options to set to temp or time. Only issue is if I shut off and return to truck before it shuts down and drive it to next destination it will shut off when key is turned off. it doesn’t reset.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great piece of kit Installing my egt sensor and turbo timer on my 2004 Superduty wasn’t too bad, I even got my 7 year old to help. The hardest part is was the tapping of the 1/8” npt hole. Just a bit too tight to get both hands on the wrench.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good accessry. Just installed this on my '05 F350. Installation was easy with the exception that not all the fuses that are listed in the installation manual are not the correct ones to connect to. For my '05 F350 fuse 2 and 45 are correct. The instructions say to connect the white wire to fuse 28 for the IGN RUN FEED. Fuse 28 on my '05 is for the Trailer Tow EBC logic. Fuse 27 is the one that the white wire needs to be connected to. Fuse 27 is the IGNITION RUN FEED. I also looked at the owners manual for my '04 F350 and the only fuse that was correct in the installation manual is fuse 45. Fuse 2 is empty/Not used on the '04, and fuse 28 is the EATC module/Front Blower relay coil. To connect on an '04 you would connect to any 10 amp fuse that is hot all the time. and for the white wire you would connect to fuse 27 just like an '05. The red wire will still get connected to fuse 45 IGN SW RUN/START FEED. Hope this information in helpful. Oh also fuse 27 the IGNITION RUN FEED is a 15 amp fuse. All I did for connecting is I cut the lead off one of the adapters that wasn't needed for my application and soldered it to the top of a 15 amp fuse. Would have given a 5 star rating except for the inaccurate instructions.
