The Evolution CTS2 reprograms your vehicle's stock computer. It resides in the cab with one simple cable connection to the OBDII (diagnostic) port. The Evolution is used to save the stock files from the vehicle's computer and then upload the Edge calibrations into the vehicle's computer. This product comes with multiple power levels custom tuned by a whole team of engineers, and can be installed in minutes without ever popping the hood. The Evolution CTS2 greatly increases horsepower and torque. Not only does it re-tune your vehicle, it stays mounted in the cab and features real-time, monitoring of vital engine data.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worht the money I have owned this product for a year on my 2015 F250. Show now gas savings on the mpg and yes it has been on economy setting. I gave it 2 stars because of the shift point are a little better then stock. The claims that edge makes on the website I have found not to be true. I even have the jammer intake installed and show no added value. Tire size was also an issue when programing you can not change the tire size on the 2015 f250 . The product may work on older models but the claims they made for my 2015 f250 have not lived to what they speck. My biggest complaint is you can not do any custom tunes. Not worth my $1200 dollar investmet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Doubled my mileage! Two years ago, I purchased this product for use with my Ford Excursion 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel. I tow a 33 ft travel trailer that weighs about 10,000lbs loaded. I purchased the CTS2 because of the Tow Mode. When I am not towing, I use the standard race mode for efficiency. My stock blended mileage (city and hwy) before the CTS2 was about 15 to 16 mpg without towing and 8 to 10 mpg towing. With the CTS2 and without towing, I can reach 32 mpg on hwy with the cruise set at 65mph! When towing, I average 15 to 16 mpg! I notice a significant difference and improvement in performance. I would definitely recommend this product. Another great feature is that I installed larger tires on the vehicle and the CTS2 allows you to input the tire size and it reflects the adjusted speedometer speed. I have never used the extreme racing mode and cannot comment on it. This vehicle is a family get-a-way vehicle and is driven conservatively. In addition to the CTS2, I have installed in the engine: a throttle body spacer, and, a UMP air filter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer support. Worked well for my 06 F350 6.0L. Since upgrading to my 2016 F350 6.7L it's only value is as a very expensive gauge package. Since Edge Products doesn't seem to have any interest in making this device usable on any Ford Diesel after 2011 I can't give it over 1 star. The unit is very slow and has locked up on me numerous times when switching screens or gauges. Figure at least 20 minutes to change tune profiles.
